Last Wednesday, my girl friends at the office decided to have dinner at a Korean restaurant since it was payday. I don't really dig Korean food, but I decided to tag along for the company. We went to a place called Chosun Galbi in AS Fortuna. The place is spacious so you won't have to worry about bumping into chairs or other diners if you want to get up and move around.
Most of the items on the menu contain pork and beef, and since Jen and I do not eat those, we ordered separately and got Zam Pong and Bibimbap (sans the meat).
The girls ordered stew (with octopus and other meat I didn't recognize and didn't bother asking about) and meat they could cook at our table.
The good thing about Korean restaurants is they serve a lot of side dishes. And by a lot, I mean 6-7 different side dishes. You can also ask for a refill twice.
The dishes are a bit pricey, but you don't have to order a lot. One order of most dishes can feed 3-4 people. And if you are really on a tight budget, don't worry because the side dishes will help fill you up.
